Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, I authorise Trade In Clearance Auto Centre and it's representatives to provide my personal information to the Veda credit reporting agency, credit providers and/or contact my employer(s), accountant(s), or any other source to check and obtain such personal, financial and commercial information and references about me/us as is necessary for the purposes of considering this application, and for protection and administration of any loan arising out of this application, and to assist in the enforcement of any agreement between me/us and/or any finance company. I understand that the Veda credit reporting agency will hold my personal information on their systems and use it to provide their reporting service and that they may share that information with other Veda customers who also use their credit reporting service. If I default in my payment obligations information about that default may be given to Veda and Veda may share information about my default with other Veda customers.
